DRIVERS NOTICE - Tariffs, Office Rent and other changes6/09/19
Despite ever increasing costs, we have withheld and covered rising costs for a considerable time now, but cannot ask drivers to do so for ever and will make changes this autumn.
Expected changeover is w/c 30th September 2019.
While remaining affordable and competitive, we believe you will see a significant difference to your earnings.
The tariffs below also apply to Bank Holidays, excluding Christmas and New Year. The festive period rates will be announced closer the time once they have been finalised.
However, this will not affect the Chester Le Street tariffs.
We will be reviewing the set fares after the tariff increase and where possible we will be increasing or removing certain ones. Please note some may also stay the same depending on the journey.
We will be increasing the office rent by £5 one week after the fare increase takes effect.
We will no longer operate Battle Hill Taxis as a stand-alone entity and it will become a more integrated part of Blueline. Any customer who has previously requested a Battle Hill vehicle only will still have this applied to their record.
Driver Notice - Completing Jobs. 11/10/19
Following the recent system amendments, we would like to reinstate that it is essential that jobs sent to drivers must be completed.
If, for some reason, you want to query the job in question, please complete the job and later present your query to management for further investigation.
By completing work, not only do customers get picked up, but your earnings benefit from this too.

We would like to inform all drivers that the Admin Department is being located as of 05/08/2019.
The new office will are still located on Sycamore Street, but instead of upstairs above the call centre, it is now located on the corner of Sycamore Street - adjoined to the garage.
We are pleased to announce that we are now the official transport providers for The Brewery Tap!
Keep an eye out for our new signage at the venue, as well as Blueline sponsored tickets and beer tokens!
