We have tried to make the booking of a taxi OnLine as easy as possible, all you need to do is complete the OnLine Taxi booking request form.

• Your booking is fed directly into our computer booking system despatching your Taxi at the earliest opportunity or later at a time that you have requested.

How it works

We have now revamped our OnLine  booking system using a simple online form. Complete the booking form ensuring that all the required details are correct  press the ‘Submit’ button and your request will be directed to one of our on line booking team who will process your booking, assigning a car to your journey all you have to do is wait for your taxi to arrive.

You do however need to be aware of a few things which will help us deliver the highest quality of service to you.

Please be aware that Blueline cannot guarantee ongoing journey connections.

So when booking a taxi online which is taking you to another journey connection please ensure you leave enough time to catch say a Train or Plane or Bus, consider things like time of day, traffic rush hours, etc.

Can I also point out that the OnLine Booking system only caters for standard saloon type cars i.e. 4 seaters? If you require another type of vehicle or have any other special requirements you will be best advised to ring up our call centre for assistance.

You must complete all the required fields, before you submit the form please check that all the details are correct. We rely on you providing a valid email address and contact telephone number so we can confirm your booking or if we need to contact you about your Taxi request.

If you request a Taxi during a busy period there could be up to a 30minute delay before a car was dispatched.
